DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your Billa account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Billa and go to Profile, then the gear icon for Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. Confirm with your password (or with Google, if that is how you sign in).

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You can't delete your account while you are in a live match; finish or leave it first.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send a request through Report a problem: choose the topic Account, write "Delete my account", and use the email address registered to your account so we can confirm it is yours.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, email address, password and Google sign-in link.
  • Your XP, level, coins, cosmetics, achievements, Story Mode progress and leaderboard entries.
  • Your friends, follows, blocks, challenges, chats and notifications.

What is kept

Matches you played stay in your opponents' match history so their records stay correct, but you are shown there as a deleted player, not by your name.
