PRIVACY POLICY

Billa is a fitness game in which two players compete at push-ups and squats. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Account details: email address, username, password (stored only as a one-way hash), country, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
  • Game data: matches you play, repetitions counted, results, XP, level, rank, achievements, coins, cosmetics, Story Mode progress and leaderboard position.
  • Social data: friends, follows, blocks, challenges, and chat messages you send.
  • Device data: a push-notification token if you allow notifications, and basic technical logs (such as IP address and app version) used for security and rate limiting.

Camera and microphone

Repetitions are counted by pose detection on your phone. Camera frames used for counting are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. During a live match, video (and, in modes without music, audio) is sent directly to your opponent's device for that match only. We do not record matches.

What other players can see

Your username, level, rank, country, equipped cosmetics, achievements, match history and statistics are visible to other signed-in players. Your email address, coin balance and XP history are never shown to anyone else. Blocking a player hides you from each other.

Why we use it

To run the game: create your account, match you with opponents, count and verify results, show rankings, deliver messages and notifications, and keep the service secure and fair.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use service providers only to operate the app (hosting, email delivery, and Google Firebase for push notifications), and only for that purpose.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in details, social connections, chats and progress. Matches you played may remain in your opponents' history, shown as a deleted player. See how to delete your account, including if you no longer have the app.

Children

Billa is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to its use. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
